Who are Junior Controls Engineers?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

What to Expect as a Junior Controls Engineer

As a Junior Controls Engineer, you will help us maintain and improve our automated systems.

Other job responsibilities look like:

  • Assist in the design, programming, simulation, and testing of ControlLogix systems and HMI interfaces
  • Participate in the integration of new control systems and the modification of existing systems
  • Troubleshoot control system issues, both hardware and software
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to meet project objectives
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all system designs and modifications
  • Follow industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Provide ongoing technical support for control systems
  • Assist in system start-ups and operational checkout on systems including configuration, wiring, calibration, and power testing
