Plan, integrate, support, enhance
AVEVA Enterprise SCADA (formerly OASyS) serves as a real-time platform for midstream and utility organizations to leverage analytics, high performance HMI graphics, integrated compliance tools to deliver safe operations, leak detection, and enterprise ready decision support applications.
The Streamline approach
Streamline’s team has been working with OASyS since it was first launched in 1991. We have a deep understanding of the system, its architecture, and a proven track record of implementing these systems. Our team has worked on these systems without incident for pipeline monitoring and electrical distribution. Let us help you plan, integrate, support or enhance your AVEVA ecosystem.
We have 50+ years of combined experience integrating OASyS AVEVA SCADA. Our most recent project was migrating a large midstream company’s OASyS 7.5 Columbia to Enterprise SCADA 2021 and XOS 2021.
Control Room Management
AVEVA continues to heavily invest in a new generation of performant and standards-based Control Room Management (CRM) graphic objects. These objects conform with API 1165 and ASM Consortium display-building guidelines.
Security is built around Windows Active Directory and supports standard Group Policy settings, Kerberos authentication, New Technology File System (NTFS) Access Control Lists, data confidentiality, and user and access management — enforced through security zones and strong authentication.
Highly Available and Distributed
Backed by a highly available and distributed architecture supporting main/back-up and peer-to-peer redundancy with securely-managed high-performance failover across multiple geographies.
Provides many interfaces to external enterprise systems that exchange data with the control system. Pipeline operators can automatically receive flow nominations from an external source, bring them into the control room to compare actual flows, and trigger alarms if the two differ beyond a designated amount.
Works seamlessly in concert with Pipeline Operations and Integrity Operations software to ensure that controllers have real-world context for control room operations. This extends up into the enterprise via an open interface through which pipeline operating data can move easily into data stores, ERPs, or other applications.
Adheres to industry best practices, so you can be confident that your CRM programs satisfy the rigorous audits by pipeline regulatory agencies. The latest systems include support for Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations.
